KF Vllaznia is the first club confirmed for the Eagle CUP.

KF Vllaznia, founded on 16 February 1919 in the city of Shkodër, is the oldest football club in Albania and one of the most important sports institutions in the country. Known as the “Cradle of Albanian football,” the club has built a long and prestigious history in national football, winning numerous league titles and cups throughout its century-long tradition.
